Do I need any previous experience in a gym to start?
No- many of our members start out as complete beginners, some of who have now become the strongest in our gym! Our programmes are suitable and adapted to all abilities and goals, ideal for everyone from beginners looking to start a new fitness regime, to regular athletes looking to add an element of S&C to their weekly training.
What is Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)?
SGPT are semi-private personal training sessions with a coach and a smaller group of members. Your PT will conduct a group session with set exercises, these will be adapted and specific to each individual. You can expect to receive 1-2-1 feedback and instruction during your session, with opportunities to chat with your coach. As an SGPT member you may also seek advice from your coach on your training, goal setting, lifestyle and nutrition habits.
How do I start?
All new members start with our 6 Week Challenge. This gives you an opportunity to experience everything that we have to offer, while seeing what you can achieve; we hope you find yourself feeling fitter, healthier and happier! After your 6 Week Challenge we will discuss options with you, and whether you would like to remain as a member on one of our monthly SGPT membership packages.
